Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy

The Website Manager drives performance, optimisation improvements and manages all changes and updates to the Top Employers Institute company website. This role ensures a seamless, engaging, and accessible web experience aligned with the needs of diverse audiences.

This role requires experience of website analytics, privacy and most comment data standard. As the champion of our website, the website manager will manage content and technical updates, and provide support to employees creating content.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage Daily Operations: Manage the global company website, ensuring smooth operations and user experience, in alignment with brand and business objectives.

·       Manage and Configure: Serve as the principal administrator for our multi-site WordPress, managing content workflows and integration with Pardot/Salesforce.

·       Manage Website Functionality: Coordinate with internal tech team and external partners to ensure website security, performance, and overall functionality.

·       Update Website Content: Maintain accuracy and consistency of content to reflect company offerings, brand messaging, and industry trends.

·       Ensure implementation of SEO best practices: Implement technical SEO and onsite SEO best practices across the website and collaborate with the Communications team to enhance content/on page SEO

·       Enhance User Experience: Implement strategies to improve website navigation, content relevance, and overall user experience based on audience needs.

·       Track website performance: Use tools like HotJar, GA4, and intent monitoring software to track and optimize user engagement.

·       Support Content Management: Guide colleagues on website updates, content management, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business needs.

·       Prioritize and Manage Stakeholders: Manage and prioritize site updates, providing status updates to management and stakeholders.

·       Champion Website Innovation: Proactively explore and implement new tools, features, and approaches to enhance user experience, performance, and digital engagement.
