Purpose and contribution to the company strategy
The Junior Sales Enablement Analyst supports the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team by assisting in the development and execution of training programs, content management, and performance tracking. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and the Sales community, this role ensures that sales teams have the necessary tools, resources, and insights to succeed.
By maintaining and improving enablement programs, supporting key sales events, and managing sales collateral, the Junior Sales Enablement Analyst helps drive sales productivity and alignment with business objectives.
This role is part of the Revenue Operations Team and reports to the Sales Enablement Specialist.
Key responsibilities
1. Enablement and training programs support:
· Help to manage and maintain existing and new enablement and training programs for sales teams, including Commercial Onboarding, defining Renewal Process and Renewal Message, and Coaching for Sales Managers
· Lead and manage program stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), stakeholders, and communications
· Regularly update content and collateral
· Coordinate onboarding activities
· Coordinate the completion program
2. Support Commercial and Marketing Kick-Off Event:
· Planning: support identification of relevant themes for content and create the event agenda
· Execution: communications and coordination with venue, speakers, audience
3. Performance Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, such as sales activity, conversion rates, and self-assessment scores, to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas where salespeople may need additional support or training.
4. Sales Collateral and Content Management: Collaborate with Marketing and assist in the creation, organization, and updating of sales materials relevant to sales roles, sales stages, and targeted personas, such as: brochures, presentations, product sheets, email templates, and objection resources
5. Learning Management System administration: Supporting the use of sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring that sales teams can effectively access and utilize resources

Qualification criteria
- 2-year experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Experience as a salesperson is a plus
- Experience with a Learning Management Systems (like Cornerstone) is a plus
- Experience with Coaching Programs is a plus
